Let Us Help

By June 15, students receiving merit or need-based aid should accept or decline their awards in Cardinal Students under the Financial Aid tile. Awards will not appear in Cardinal Pay until this step is complete. The full balance for the semester, unless otherwise noted, is due the Friday before the semester begins.

As you become responsible for your student accounts and documents, you may consider granting access to Cardinal Pay to anyone who will be responsible for making payments toward tuition on your behalf, or who may need to discuss your student account with university staff.

Speak with your financial aid advisor today should you have any questions about your need-based aid. For any questions related to your merit scholarship, reach out to your admission counselor in undergraduate admissions.

Next Steps

  • Review instructions and accept financial aid awards in Cardinal Students.
  • If you are receiving federal student loans, complete the required entrance counseling and sign the master promissory note at www.studentaid.gov.
  • Estimate your costs and register for a monthly tuition payment plan if you wish to spread any out-of-pocket balance over multiple installments (optional) - learn more.
  • Set up authorized users in Cardinal Pay to give parents or other responsible parties access to view the bill and make payments on student accounts (optional).
