Catholic University offers dual enrollment courses to eligible high school students, allowing students to earn Catholic University credits before the official start of their undergraduate studies. Students are limited to two courses (six credits) in any term.
The cost is $225 per credit (3-credit courses will cost $675) and all courses will be taught online. These are regular sections of Catholic University classes and space is limited. Availability will be determined after the University’s students complete their registration process.
Students interested in applying for Dual Enrollment classes must complete the application and submit a current high school transcript including the most recent grades from the first three years of high school and the academic schedule for the senior year. Students must be on track to complete their junior year of high school to be eligible to enroll. Applicants are encouraged to provide first-, second-, and third-choice classes, and to indicate whether they wish to take one class or two. Registration approvals will take place on a rolling basis, based on course availability, until the start of each term. There is no application fee.
Summer sessions have various term lengths. The first term begins on May 10 and the final term ends on August 17.
