What did you study and why?
I majored in Psychology, with minors in Biology and Education. The human brain as it relates to social and learning development is so fascinating!
What is your favorite Catholic University tradition?
Alumni Weekend is my favorite! I love seeing all of my friends come back to campus and celebrate the institution that brought us together in the first place.
What drew you to Washington, D.C. and The Catholic University?
I was drawn to D.C. because it's a lively city and because of the proximity to my home state of New Jersey. The District is just close enough that I could still visit home on the weekends but far enough for new experiences for me.
I also chose Catholic University because of its location within the Nation's Capital. It provides students with great opportunities to work in the city, as well as the comfort and perks of having a beautiful, enclosed campus. Not only did I choose CatholicU for the location but for the people I connected with through my recruiting visits as a prospective student-athlete. It was through these connections that CatholicU truly felt like my home away from home.
Words of advice for incoming students?
Always have an open mind and be patient as you learn to navigate the new challenges associated with starting college. When you believe in yourself and your abilities, the rest will fall into place!
