The certificate is designed to support the needs of students seeking analytics-enabled types of jobs, where a broad understanding of the subject matter is needed.

The minor in Data Analytics prepares students to analyze large data sets in their chosen fields. The minor is aimed at students majoring in engineering, mathematics, physical and social sciences, business, and other disciplines. Students will take courses in applied statistics, data analysis, and an introduction course for learning Python.
