Founded in 2013, we are already seen as a global innovator in forming virtuous business leaders. Our curriculum — informed by Pope Francis’ view that business is a “noble vocation” ordered toward a “greater meaning in life” — integrates the latest business thinking and practice with faith and the perennial wisdom of the liberal arts. Our highly experiential pedagogy challenges students with real-world cases and simulations and offers extensive opportunities to nurture the virtues necessary for a flourishing business
career and life.

The School of Canon Law at Catholic University, the only school of Catholic canon law in the United States, offers ecclesiastical degrees authorized by the Vatican. The school’s courses of study familiarize students with the law of the Catholic Church and prepare them for the professional practice of canon law in dioceses and other ecclesiastical structures. While the primary focus of coursework is the Code of Canon Law for the Latin church, attention is given to the Code of Canons of Eastern churches. The application of canon law requires not only skill in legal interpretation but also a broad grasp of the historical, theological and sociological factors contributing to its development.

Explore innovative solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges. For example, our school collaborates with Engineering World Health, a nonprofit that addresses healthcare needs in developing countries. Our graduates become the go-to solution creators and thinkers across fields as diverse as academia, the military, and NASA.

Learn critical legal analysis, legal writing, and effective oral advocacy — all while advocating for clients through our clinics and externships in the nation’s legal epicenter. J.D. Program offerings include full-time and part-time coursework as well as our 3/3 joint B.A./J.D. program, which allows students to achieve both degrees in only six years. Our graduates now serve as successful lawyers, federal and state judges, professors, and entrepreneurs.

Established in 1979, Metropolitan School of Professional Studies offers adult students opportunities to complete professional development and degree programs while continuing employment. Students can attend evening and weekend classes, as well as study through online courses, while concentrating in such fields as business management, education studies, human resource management, information technology, and social sciences. College Level Examination Program tests are given on campus to assist adults in obtaining credit for what they have learned outside of formal classrooms. The school also offers certificate programs and corporate training for business and professional groups, as well as master's degrees in management and human resource management.

Discover the connection between faith and reason at Catholic University’s oldest school, founded in 1888. Our programs are intellectually rigorous, practically oriented, and deeply rooted in the Tradition of the Church. Founded in 1917 as the Sulpician Seminary, Theological College was officially established by Vatican decree in 1937 as the seminary of The Catholic University of America. Today, in collaboration with the bishops of the United States and Catholic University’s Schools of Theology and Religious Studies, Philosophy, and Canon Law, Theological College prepares future priests for a life of service to parishes and dioceses across the United States. The seminary offers a balanced, holistic formation program, focusing on the human, spiritual, intellectual, and pastoral dimensions of formation; and prepares seminarians for priestly life and ministry.
