Let Us Help

The Catholic University of America is committed to promoting full participation and equal access to campus and campus life. The University’s Non-Discrimination Policy prohibits discrimination in employment, admissions, and educational opportunities based on protected classes under applicable laws. The University also has other policies that promote equal opportunity in various ways, including policies relating to sexual misconduct, Title IX, and accommodations for people with disabilities.

Individuals with questions about equal opportunity matters should feel free to talk with their supervisors, or with the individuals listed in each policy. Any member of the campus community who has a complaint about potential discrimination or harassment should report their concerns to the individuals listed in the appropriate policy.

Detailed policies and contact information may be found here. Concerns also can be raised anonymously through the University’s Compliance and Ethics Helpline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at (855) 350-9396 or online.

Any member of the community may file a complaint and may do so free from fear of reprisal per the University’s Non-Retaliation Policy by emailing HR-EEO@cua.edu.
